Why do I receive dual order confirmations?
Our system performs a dual-sync for every order, and you will receive a second order confirmation from Brandon AB shortly after the first one from Volvo Cars Lifestyle Collection. Please rest assured your order has only been placed once.
Brandon AB will also send you a notification once your order ships.
Why is my order sent from Brandon AB?
Brandon AB is the official third-party e-commerce partner for the Volvo Cars Lifestyle Collection. All transactions on this site are processed and handled by Brandon AB. For customer service, please contact

How can I pay for my order?
Payment is done through credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna.
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time within Sweden is typically 3-5 days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse.
Where can I collect my package?
Delivery is made by Schenker to the closest service/pick up point. Please be aware that the sender's name will appear as Brandon AB, not Volvo Cars. Brandon AB is the official third-party e-commerce partner for the Volvo Cars Lifestyle Collection. Remember to collect your package within 10 days.
What happens if I don’t collect my package?
If the package is not collected within 10 days, it will be returned to the sender, and your order (minus shipping costs) will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are automatically added to your order during the checkout process, and typically varies between 59 SEK and 79 SEK depending on weight of the package.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return any unused items within 30 days from
receipt of delivery. You must return the product to us and you as the customer
will be responsible for all delivery costs. Contact customer service for
assistance.
How can I report a faulty item?
In the event of manufacturing or material defects, Brandon AB will pay for the
return freight. Warranty claims shall be submitted in writing to info.volvocars@brandoncompany.com as soon as the fault is, or should have been, detected. Brandon AB customer service will assist you further.
